We were invited to our good friend's house for a BBQ and to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July. It was fun to go over there. Our friends have a 3 year old and a baby boy that is 1 month younger than Luke. Even though Luke was a little tired and worn out from the events of the day, the boys had a lot of fun catching bubbles, and Luke enjoyed joining in the picnic and tackling his first-ever pickle!
Luke was actually awake for the fireworks display over the lake. He watched with big eyes! And, of course, I forgot my camera back at the house.
A highlight of the night for Luke was swinging in his friend's swing. He LOVED the swing, and spent quite a bit of time in it! Our next purchase....
